How can one make a reservation?
Reservation requests can be made in the following ways:
1) By phone;
2) In writing (via email, fax);
3) Guaranteed by payment of a confirmatory deposit equal to 30% of the total amount for the entire stay;
4) Guaranteed by credit card and/or by sending a confirmatory deposit via bank transfer;
5) Including authorization to apply the clauses provided in case of cancellation (cancellation policy).
Is it possible to cancel the reservation?
B) Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:
b.1) Up to 7 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied, and the deposit can be reused to book a new date;
b.2) From 6 to 4 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 50% of the total booked stay will be charged to the credit card;
b.3) From 3 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the total booked stay will be charged to the credit card.
C) Any reduction in the length of the stay is considered a cancellation.
D) In case of “no show” or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the total booked stay will be charged to the credit card.
Which credit cards are accepted?
Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, V Pay
The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to arrival (by requesting authorization from the issuing circuit).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Where does the reception take place?
The reception takes place in the premises opposite the entrance of Maison Dominique at number 30.
